Sr Training Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Training Supervisor leads the Training function, ensuring that employees have the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for safe, compliant, and efficient operations. This position oversees Training Specialists and drives continuous improvement of training programs supporting Production and Quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and administer training systems, programs, and initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor Training Specialist and Training Specialist II.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to align training with operational needs.
• Monitor, analyze, and report training metrics and key performance indicators.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Manufacturing, Quality, or Continuous Improvement within a regulated medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
• 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or project‑leadership experience.
• Strong analytical ability to develop and communicate training metrics.
• High proficiency in English (B2+/C1).
