Sr Talent Development Associate

About the role

Moody's is seeking a Senior Talent Development Associate to support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of its learning management system (LMS). You will work in a global, matrixed environment to deliver scalable learning experiences that help employees grow and the organization manage risk more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize LMS functionality, including learning assignments, curricula, dynamic groups, reporting, and system configurations.
• Support the delivery of effective and scalable learning experiences across the organization.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and coordination.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues in partnership with IT, HR systems, and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate on AI‑enabled process improvements and responsible AI practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on LMS content administration and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer support.
• Interest in AI concepts and willingness to explore AI tools for efficiency gains.
