Sr. Customer-Facing Solutions Architect - C#

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Customer‑Facing Solutions Architect with deep expertise in C# to serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients. You will translate ambiguous business needs into robust, scalable solutions using Smartsheet and its API, while guiding clients through design, development, and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements, conducting high‑level design sessions and architecture discussions with stakeholders ranging from developers to C‑level executives.
• Provide technical advisory and consulting on Smartsheet product capabilities, APIs, and extensibility scenarios.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams on presales activities, feasibility scoping, and preliminary solution design.
• Drive technical alignment across multidisciplinary client teams and ensure best‑practice implementation.
• Own the technical relationship with clients, acting as the trusted face of Concentrix throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in C# development and systems architecture.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑grade integrations and consulting services.
