Sports Account Advisor (Bilingual Customer Care)

About the role

A world-renowned sports retail brand based in Pavas, San José, is looking for bilingual Customer Care Sports Advisors. You will be the link between the brand and its customers, answering questions, guiding them on products and services and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers with questions about purchases, deliveries and account matters
• Provide product and service guidance and personalized recommendations
• Build rapport and find solutions that create value for customers

Required profile

• High school diploma
• Advanced English level (B2)
• Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; full schedule flexibility required for production
• Onsite position in Pavas
• Customer-centric, solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills
• Digital agility: comfortable using several applications at once and learning new tools quickly
