Bilingual Technical Chat Support Advisor

About the role

A bilingual Technical Chat Support Advisor is needed to help customers troubleshoot common device, service and account concerns, identify effective solutions and guide them through a positive support experience. The role combines strong communication skills, critical thinking and attention to detail with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical and account-related inquiries via chat
• Troubleshoot device, service and account issues and guide customers to solutions
• Work in a metrics-driven environment

Required profile

• Advanced English level (B2+)
• High school diploma
• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with technology, systems and multiple applications
• Schedule flexibility; onsite position in Pavas
• Ability to receive coaching and performance feedback, and to work both independently and as a team player
