Spanish Content Editing Expert - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish Content Editing Expert to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will ensure that Spanish language data meets high quality standards, helping models learn, reason, and perform effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Spot‑check Spanish items, identify quality issues, and provide feedback via Discord.
• Communicate updates, guidelines, and workflow changes to trainers and QA contributors.
• Answer language‑related questions promptly, covering grammar, tone, register, and regional variations.
• Activate and monitor remote contributors, encouraging participation and tracking availability.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as style guides, FAQs, trackers, and onboarding materials.
• Schedule and deliver onboarding and training sessions for new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spanish, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, Education, Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Solid English proficiency for following guidelines and communicating with the team.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Spanish writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, or related workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish grammar, punctuation, accents, tone, register, and cultural context, with ability to work with both Latin American and European variants.
• Experience leading or supporting remote annotation or QA teams is a strong plus.
