Sourcing Specialist

About the role

JLL is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to drive procurement excellence and deliver measurable value for clients. The role sits at the intersection of strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimisation, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies while uncovering savings opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement competitive price agreements for spot purchases, aligning approvals with JLL policies and client controls.
• Process vendor creation, updates, and unblock requests in JLL systems to avoid payment delays.
• Monitor and resolve blocked invoice reports by coordinating with vendors, finance, and stakeholders.
• Execute RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, leveraging benchmarking and negotiation to secure favourable terms.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison between internal requesters and suppliers, managing day‑to‑day relationships.
• Track, document and report cost‑saving and avoidance initiatives on a quarterly basis.
• Maintain complete vendor files in compliance with contractual policies, including contracts, amendments and certificates of insurance.
• Review supplier scorecards annually and identify opportunities for service improvement or cost reduction.
• Support regional sourcing leadership with market intelligence and change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• College or technical institute degree, preferably in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, finance, or supply‑chain management.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Experience with competitive bidding, negotiation and contract administration.
• Ability to analyse cost‑saving opportunities and report results.
