Sourcing Manager

About the role

Workday is seeking an Express Sourcing Specialist to manage high‑volume, low‑to‑medium dollar sourcing projects within the Source‑to‑Pay process, focusing on people and corporate services categories.

Key responsibilities

• Execute software and technology sourcing projects aligned with category strategies.
• Manage a high volume of sourcing requests, primarily low‑to‑medium dollar value.
• Support creation, review, and negotiation of contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms with suppliers to maximize savings.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Perform low‑complexity RFQs and quick bids to identify best‑value suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
