Solutions Design Analyst – eCOA

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Solutions Design Analyst to create electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) designs for pharmaceutical and biotechnology studies. Working within Clario’s cross‑functional teams, you will translate sponsor requirements into optimized, study‑specific solutions that support accurate data capture and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end Solutions Design process for client studies.
• Review clinical trial protocols to identify eCOA needs and define study‑specific designs.
• Gather sponsor requirements and recommend Clario’s design components.
• Create and maintain design specifications, ensuring consistency across data capture, delivery, and database structures.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Data Management, Product, and Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing teams to align on requirements and data integrity.
• Present solution designs at internal and external milestone meetings.
• Support project scoping, change control, and testing activities.
• Contribute to product and process improvement initiatives and maintain organized documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; science or healthcare background preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in clinical trials or a related role.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial documents such as protocols, questionnaires, and data models.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience interacting with clients at all levels.
• Familiarity with FDA regulatory processes and clinical research standards.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with technical documentation tools (preferred).
