Software/Salesforce Developer

About the role

This position is an individual contributor role focused on translating business requirements into robust software solutions. The developer will work on configuring, customizing, and maintaining integrated enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and cloud‑based platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and modify software solutions based on functional specifications.
• Apply DevOps practices and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to deliver secure, high‑volume, multi‑channel applications.
• Provide incident support, troubleshoot basic to moderately complex issues, and assist in post‑implementation triage.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and cross‑functional teams to ensure designs are flexible, scalable, and maintainable.
• Write and execute unit tests, support component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), and address defects promptly.
