Software Engineer – Workflow Automation

About the role

Moody's is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize business workflows that improve operational efficiency and integrate critical applications. You will work within the Workflow team, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver AI‑enhanced solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve business process workflows in Jira Service Management.
• Map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop optimized solutions.
• Provide training, support, and documentation for end users.
• Monitor workflow performance and recommend enhancements.
• Implement workflow triggers and system integrations using APIs, plug‑ins, and webhooks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in workflow engineering, business systems analysis, or software engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
