About the role

As a Software Engineer within Cisco's Connected and Engineering Transformation Office (CETO), you will help shape the technology that powers Cisco's Go‑To‑Market and Customer Experience teams. You will design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions across Salesforce, cloud platforms, and advanced backend systems, often integrating AI/ML capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement robust, high‑performance applications for web and cloud environments.
Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in Sales or Service Cloud.
Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and monitoring solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery of enterprise web or cloud applications.
Proven ability to work in Agile, globally distributed teams with strong English communication skills.

Required skills

Front‑end: React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
Back‑end: Java, Python, Node.js, C#, REST/GraphQL APIs.
Databases: SQL, NoSQL.
Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, OAuth, JWT.
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git.
Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, declarative tools.
