Social Media Specialist for Gaming App (English/Portuguese/Spanish)

About the role
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead our community presence across English, Portuguese and Spanish‑speaking markets for a fast‑growing gaming app. You will be the brand’s voice on multiple platforms, creating engaging content, responding to players and turning everyday interactions into loyalty‑building moments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day community interactions on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and Facebook in three languages.
- Monitor mentions, DMs and comments, triage issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve bugs or abuse.
- Track regional sentiment, provide weekly insights to product, support and marketing stakeholders.
- Grow and nurture player communities, identify super‑fans and influencers, and run AMAs, contests, fan‑art showcases and in‑game events.
- Maintain response SLAs, localise replies and coordinate hand‑offs with Customer Support.
- Own the social content calendar, write and schedule daily posts, and collaborate with designers and product marketers on assets.
- Run A/B tests on hooks, formats and timing, analyse performance and optimise publishing workflows.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience managing social media or community for a consumer app, gaming title or entertainment brand.
- Fluent English with working proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Deep familiarity with gaming culture and user‑generated content communities.
