About the role

We are seeking a creative and confident Social Media Manager to join our on‑site team in Managua. The ideal candidate loves storytelling, can connect with audiences, and is comfortable appearing on camera to produce engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Produce photos, videos, and copy that align with brand tone and objectives.
• Appear on camera for stories, reels, and promotional videos.
• Monitor and manage online communities, responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools and optimize strategy to boost engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required profile

• C1 or higher level of English (spoken and written).
• Experience in community management and social media strategy.
• Confident and professional on‑camera presence.
• Ability to work on‑site in Managua, Monday to Friday.
