Site Manager – Secret Clearance

About the role

Cambridge International Systems is seeking a Site Manager to support its operations in San Jose, Costa Rica. This full‑time, OCONUS position requires an active DoD Secret clearance and will involve maintaining system availability and regulatory compliance for U.S. government missions overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced logistics and maintenance, including System Administrator duties, to sustain Authority to Operate and equipment standards.
• Travel to other sites within the area of responsibility to support operations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with vaccination, medical, and background investigation requirements.

Required profile

• Proficient in English (verbal and written) and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Network background with relevant certifications.
• IAT Level II certification and an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to work primarily in an office setting, with occasional short‑distance travel on site.
• Valid passport for OCONUS travel and willingness to travel short distances as needed.
