Shipping & Receiving Clerk II

About the role

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk II ensures that inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently in a warehouse environment. Working under regular guidance, you will handle documentation, operate equipment, and support continuous improvement of facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and complete shipping and receiving paperwork, entering data into computerized systems.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with peers and management.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stabilize trucks with chocks, load and unload vehicles as needed.
• Operate mobile powered equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work area, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar shipping/receiving role.
• Valid B3 driver's license (or equivalent) and ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg, bend, kneel, and work in temperatures around 0‑12 °C.
• Fluent reading and writing in Spanish.
• Residence in San Rafael or surrounding area.

Required skills

• Operation of mobile powered warehouse equipment.
• Data entry into computerized inventory systems.
• Conducting cycle counts and basic inventory reconciliation.
