Shipper Success Specialist (French)

About the role

Amazon Shipping is looking for a Shipper Success Specialist (French) to join its San Jose, Costa Rica team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise shippers, handling complex inquiries and escalations while ensuring a seamless shipping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch, day‑to‑day support to enterprise shippers, resolving inquiries and complex escalations with urgency.
• Advocate for shippers by escalating critical issues and following through to resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Amazon Shipping services, policies and procedures.
• Analyze shipper issues, identify root causes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions.
• Document shipper pain points and deliver insights to leadership for product and process improvements.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge resources to ensure team consistency.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, continuously seeking service quality improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and planning time effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using business intelligence and productivity tools.
• Fluent English communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑obsessed environment.
