SharePoint Administrator – Microsoft 365 Collaboration

About the role

The SharePoint Administrator will lead the technical management of Greif’s SharePoint Online environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and governance while enabling effective collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain site collections, subsites, hub sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, and content types.
• Manage user access, permission structures, and role‑based access controls; monitor activity logs for security compliance.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, OneDrive, and third‑party APIs.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, storage constraints, search functionality, and page load delays.
• Develop and enforce governance standards, create documentation, and provide training to business units.
• Automate administrative tasks and support cloud‑to‑cloud or on‑premises‑to‑cloud migrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience administering SharePoint Online within a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance best practices.
