Senior Warehouse Supervisor (Regular Shift)

About the role

The Warehouse Senior Supervisor leads end‑to‑end material flow from external receipt through IQC inspection to production delivery, driving process improvements and supporting audit requirements in a high‑velocity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute demand‑driven material flow strategies aligned with production schedules, warehouse capacity and inspection lead times.
• Monitor daily/weekly movement plans, adjust priorities to avoid stockouts or bottlenecks, and coordinate releases based on urgency and IQC status.
• Partner with IQC, Purchasing and Production to anticipate workloads, flag supply gaps and communicate material‑flow risks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all stages and support finance/internal audit teams during cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to optimize throughput and develop KPIs such as time‑in‑IQC and on‑time delivery.
• Ensure proper staffing on all shifts, provide coaching, and own warehouse efficiency KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in materials planning, supply‑chain coordination or warehouse operations, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional workflows with QC, Purchasing and Production teams.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits and understanding of inventory control principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and planning.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen or Six Sigma methodologies.
