Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Konrad Group is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape visually striking digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross‑disciplinary teams and clients, translating complex requirements into polished, user‑focused designs from discovery through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design best‑in‑class experiences and interfaces with high attention to craft, usability, and polish.
• Deliver pixel‑perfect design systems, interactions, and flows using Figma.
• Lead design workstreams from research and ideation through execution.
• Apply UX research, usability insights, and product data to refine designs.
• Present work clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, developers, and clients to find optimal solutions.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and detail.
• Provide constructive feedback and support junior designers.
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and emerging patterns.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of UX/UI design experience, including at least 1 year leading design work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design, and visual execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Ability to synthesize research, data, and business requirements into actionable designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience with complex digital products or platforms.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating across disciplines.
• Reliable, self‑directed, and committed to high‑quality outcomes.
