Senior UX ServiceNow Product Designer

About the role

Deloitte's Product Engineering team is looking for a Senior UX ServiceNow Product Designer to create elegant, user‑centered solutions for complex challenges. You will work within a small, empowered product team, shaping both high‑level workflows and detailed interaction designs while driving innovation across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experience, engineering, and research teams using an iterative lean‑UX approach.
• Create user‑friendly designs that improve usability and overall experience.
• Produce design assets such as concept sketches, user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations of existing products to identify improvement areas.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex design problems and present them through detailed specifications.
• Balance business objectives with user needs, ensuring smooth implementation with engineers.
• Maintain high standards of user‑centered design, iterating quickly based on testing and analytics.
• Partner with user researchers to inform decisions and explore unresolved UI issues.
• Contribute to the overall design framework and design systems.
• Deliver high‑quality UX work on schedule and champion new ideas.
