Senior Travel Consultant (Remote – Costa Rica)

About the role

Feuji Inc is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for its corporate clients. Working remotely from Costa Rica, you will help customers plan and book travel while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations across air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, providing expert advice on low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Ensure all travel requests meet necessary regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships with clients.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel industry trends and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience working as a travel agent or consultant.
• Strong understanding of travel policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
