Supply Chain Data Analytics Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Data Analytics Lead to drive reporting, performance analytics, KPI governance, and dashboard strategy across our worldwide supply chain organization. The role partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve visibility and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global supply chain analytics, reporting, and dashboard strategy.
• Develop and govern standardized KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Analyze performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
• Partner with IT and data teams to automate reporting and improve data quality.
• Support S&OP/IBP processes, operational reviews, and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence, Performance Reporting, or related fields.
• 5+ years developing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and business insights.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain processes including planning, inventory, logistics, procurement, and customer fulfillment.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong Excel skills and data storytelling ability.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power Query, and Alteryx.
