Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Travel Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate travel arrangements efficiently and cost‑effectively. You will represent the company’s expertise, ensuring customers receive accurate advice and seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies to provide consistent consultation.
• Handle all regulatory and compliance requests related to travel.
• Provide up‑to‑date industry information such as low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry landscape.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent.
• Strong understanding of travel policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced proficiency with GDS, specifically Amadeus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
