About the role

The Senior Travel Consultant is the face of our company, handling client communications and travel requests. You will guide customers to travel smart, providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, offering consistent consultation.
• Handle all regulatory requests and provide industry information such as fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of supported travel industries.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent.
• Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
