Senior Travel Consultant – Hybrid (Heredia, Costa Rica)

About the role

As a Senior Travel Consultant you will be the face of BCD Travel, assisting current and new clients to travel smart and achieve more. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Provide consultation based on client travel policies.
• Fulfill requests related to necessary regulations.
• Offer industry information such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of supported travel industries.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
