About the role

We are seeking a senior specialist to deliver high‑quality support for our telehealth and online pharmacy platform. You will assist patients through chat, email, and phone, guiding them through onboarding, prescription programs, and refill coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support (chat, email, phone) to patients.
• Guide users through account setup, prescription enrollment, and refill processes.
• Manage subscription updates, billing inquiries, and order tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and pharmacy partners to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Escalate medical‑related matters appropriately while avoiding medical advice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established SOPs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of high‑quality customer support experience.
• Background in subscription services, prescription workflows, or order fulfillment.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume email queues quickly and accurately.
• Comfortable supporting customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Strong documentation discipline and experience with structured SOPs.
• Experience handling confidential patient information professionally.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a mature, professional tone.
• Stable home office with reliable high‑speed internet and immediate availability.
