Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT solutions for our clients. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects of small to medium scope, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate new sales opportunities, qualify project factors, and initiate projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, overseeing all implementation phases.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
• Manage vendor integration, track deliverables, and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Maintain project timelines, monitor performance, costs, and quality, and conduct regular status meetings.
• Document comprehensive scope and solution documents with input from technical resources.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting planning.
• Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to understand business strategies and align project activities accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using project management tools such as Clarity and Microsoft Project.
