Senior Technical Program Manager - CR

About the role

SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to act as the internal execution engine of the Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO). The role focuses on operational discipline, standards, reporting and revenue recognition for the project portfolio, enabling the PM leadership to concentrate on strategy and executive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve project portfolio management (PPM) standards, templates, methodology documentation and operating playbooks.
• Produce portfolio‑level reporting on customer satisfaction (CSAT), time‑to‑delivery, professional services utilization, project health and tier distribution.
• Own revenue recognition reporting for the project portfolio, partnering with Finance on close cycles, milestone‑driven revenue events and reconciliation of project status to revenue impact.
• Track cross‑project dependencies, surface portfolio‑level risks and support resource capacity planning with data‑backed headcount recommendations.
• Administer the professional services automation (PSA) tool and ensure consistent onboarding and training for project managers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, especially in AI‑driven environments.
• Extensive experience managing program‑level operations within a PMO or professional services organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate project data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with finance, leadership and cross‑functional teams.
