Senior Software Engineer – Release Automation & CI/CD (Mobile)

About the role

10Pearls is looking for a highly technical Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale a Release Automation and CI/CD platform for mobile applications. This hands‑on position focuses on creating production‑grade automation that supports Android and iOS development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Buildkite.
• Automate build, test, signing, packaging, and deployment processes for Android and iOS apps.
• Implement automated release workflows for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and release bottlenecks.
• Develop production‑quality Python code and reusable automation frameworks.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and support AWS cloud‑native deployments.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Define Git best practices, branching strategies, versioning, and end‑to‑end release management.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and security.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with a focus on automation and CI/CD.
• Experience building and operating mobile release pipelines.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and testable production code.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
