Senior Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer (Senior Programmer Analyst) will act as a technical and functional expert for a suite of digital commerce, customer experience and marketing technology platforms. You will partner with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to design, implement and support solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, evaluate options and deliver technology solutions.
• Design, configure, test, implement and support application enhancements and integrations.
• Serve as the primary support resource for digital commerce, marketing, customer service and international business applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor application performance, integrations and data flows to ensure reliability and stability.
• Support project delivery activities including solution design, testing, deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Analyze data, application performance and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain system documentation, support procedures and knowledge resources.
• Participate in on‑call support and incident management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, application support, software implementation or enterprise application development.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs and system integrations (Apigee preferred) and SQL data analysis.
• Familiarity with analytics and testing tools such as Splunk, Postman, GA4, Tealium, Tableau and Feedonomics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
