Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

TradeStation is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, build and automate the infrastructure that powers its hybrid on‑premises and cloud trading platform. You will work closely with network, system and software teams to transition workloads to cloud‑native solutions and improve overall reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, deploy, maintain and support automation processes and technologies across hybrid environments.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code strategies for both on‑premises and cloud resources.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of infrastructure incidents and develop permanent, preventative solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to eliminate manual toil and increase efficiency.
• Research, evaluate and provide tools that enhance DevOps productivity, security and reliability.
• Create reusable cloud‑native reference architectures, templates and automation scripts.
• Gather technical requirements, develop implementation and testing plans, and train staff on new solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Strong background in automating large‑scale networks and infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
• Experience guiding teams through cloud‑native and infrastructure‑as‑code transitions.
