Senior Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

The Senior Sales Operations Specialist will partner with sales leadership to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. This role focuses on process optimisation, data integrity, reporting, and sales enablement to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales processes and operational initiatives that improve productivity and business results.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to align on business objectives.
• Maintain CRM data integrity through audits, cleansing, and governance.
• Manage account hierarchies, territory assignments, and sales data structures.
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards for sales performance visibility.
• Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and business reviews with data‑driven insights.
• Monitor pipeline health, flag stalled opportunities, and ensure accurate close dates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process discipline.
