Senior Quality Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Quality Supervisor leads a team of investigators responsible for complaint handling, post‑market surveillance and continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures high‑quality investigation outcomes, regulatory compliance and fosters team engagement and professional development within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise investigators, monitor performance metrics and ensure backlog targets are met.
• Lead productivity checkpoint meetings and weekly team updates.
• Coach direct reports through regular one‑on‑one sessions, providing feedback and action plans.
• Approve investigations and maintain complaint backlog within established limits.
• Conduct monthly complaint signal evaluations, trend analysis and risk assessments across multiple products.
• Provide technical guidance on complaint investigations, analysis techniques and regulatory expectations.
• Lead CAPA, NCEP and complaint‑related compliance activities.
• Drive complaint reduction initiatives, PMQA projects and operational excellence programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
