Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of digital initiatives such as omni‑channel platforms, loyalty programs, marketplaces, and front‑end projects. The role is remote and can be based in Costa Rica or Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects from inception to implementation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business users, architects, QA, release, and engineering.
• Manage project budgets and ensure metric‑driven performance using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Utilise Atlassian JIRA for task execution and Confluence for reporting and documentation.
• Design, build, and integrate AI agents and large language model solutions (Claude, Co‑pilot, ChatGPT) into project workflows.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
