Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for delivering localization projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role works closely with Client Managers and Sales to grow revenue, mentors junior project staff, and serves as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities to the Sales team.
• Develop and execute localization solutions and project schedules.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Maintain project data in XTRF, LLTS Wiki, Confluence and other databases.
• Assign linguists, manage contractor delivery, and monitor quality control.
• Track project status, report issues to Account Executives, and ensure client specifications are met.
• Provide feedback to improve company processes and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior project management, preferably in localization or related services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and make judgment calls.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on mentoring junior staff.
