Senior Associate Program Manager, Compliance & Integrity

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Program Manager to join our Compliance & Integrity team. In this position you will partner with Privacy, Responsible AI, Legal, Security and Customer Care teams to drive operational excellence across key compliance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer and internal compliance advisory activities across Privacy, Data Protection, Responsible AI and Integrity.
• Review privacy, integrity and Responsible AI due‑diligence requirements for third‑party suppliers and partners.
• Answer customer and prospect questionnaires related to privacy, data protection and compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews of internal tools, processes and employee relocation requests.
• Manage and execute high‑volume compliance workstreams, leveraging enterprise and AI‑powered tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve compliance questions and ensure requirements are met.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing guidance on compliance and integrity policies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline.
• General understanding of compliance and risk management programs.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high‑volume priorities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
