Senior Network Engineer – Post Sales

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join its Customer Success practice. In this post‑sales position you will guide customers through platform onboarding, security solution activation, and best‑practice utilization across a broad portfolio of network technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full support for complex network security environments, including contact‑center and security technologies.
• Act as a customer‑facing technical resource, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, vendors, and partners.
• Support organic growth, M&A initiatives, and the implementation of new application services.
• Deliver operational support for global and regional network services, escalating to senior engineers only for mission‑critical issues.
• Maintain organized task tracking to meet project deadlines and update documentation with new findings.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in network engineering or security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering or a related field.
• Active CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• Experience in presales or post‑sales environments is desirable.
