Senior Manager – Reliability Engineering

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Reliability Engineering at LSEG, you will lead a global team responsible for the availability, scalability, and resilience of the Group’s services. The position blends strategic leadership with deep technical expertise to drive automation, process improvement, and operational excellence across both cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement reliability strategies that align with organisational goals.
• Manage budgets, resource planning and performance metrics such as uptime, MTTR and error rates.
• Promote technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Own end‑to‑end availability and resilience of critical services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading reliability or site‑reliability engineering teams.
• Strong strategic leadership combined with deep technical expertise.
• Experience working with both cloud and on‑premise infrastructures.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive performance metrics.
