Senior Manager, Record-to-Report (R2R) – North America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Record‑to‑Report (R2R) operations across North America for Re:Sources, the finance and business services arm of Publicis Groupe. The role ensures accurate, timely financial reporting while driving automation, standardisation and AI‑enabled process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure R2R operations meet SLAs, KPIs and governance standards, monitoring performance and addressing risks.
• Lead preparation, review and submission of financial statements in line with GAAP, IFRS and Group reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvement using automation, Business Intelligence tools and AI solutions.
• Oversee finance transformation and system implementation projects, including SAP deployments.
• Strengthen internal controls and foster data‑driven decision‑making across the R2R function.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in Record‑to‑Report, financial reporting and finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS and internal control frameworks.
• Track record of leading large‑scale automation and digital‑transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across global teams.
