Senior Manager – Project Management

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of key projects that support business operations and compliance initiatives within its MedTech and Innovative Medicines divisions. The role focuses on large‑scale capital design and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project execution following IDEA and FPX methodologies.
• Define project scope, develop schedules, secure resources, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate comprehensive project planning, tracking, and reporting against performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Drive operational excellence and support strategic priorities across global facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale capital design and construction projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
