Senior Manager, Process Engineering – Dry Parts

About the role

Commercial Product Supply (CPS) is launching a multi‑year transformation to modernise its global manufacturing network. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Process Engineering – Dry Parts to lead the design, delivery and validation of a new equipment platform for dry‑ingredient manufacturing across greenfield sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define the equipment menu and create detailed User Requirements Specifications (URS) in partnership with engineering, operations, QSE and R&D.
• Collaborate with suppliers to finalise equipment specifications and ensure design compliance.
• Lead robust equipment testing at supplier factories, verify performance, and manage site acceptance tests (SAT) during startup.
• Update specifications based on FMECAs, start‑up learnings and technology upgrades.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions and support reliability and maintenance programmes.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and professional publications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in dry‑ingredient handling engineering or operations.
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety, quality and cost optimisation.
• Proven ability to partner with internal plants and external suppliers.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
