Senior Manager, FP&A & Finance Transformation – Americas

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Financial Planning & Analysis and finance transformation initiatives across the Americas. The role combines strategic financial stewardship with the implementation of advanced digital tools to drive profitability, efficiency, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning processes for the Americas region.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting packages, performance analysis, variance reporting and key insights.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities and drive gross‑profit improvement initiatives.
• Lead finance transformation projects focused on process standardisation, automation and reporting optimisation using Excel, VBA, Power BI and AI‑enabled tools.
• Analyse large data sets, build executive dashboards and translate findings into clear narratives for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling and long‑range planning within a multinational environment.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering finance‑automation or transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
