Senior Manager, Capital PMO & Site Master Planning

About the role

The Senior Manager, Capital PMO & Site Master Planning leads governance, prioritisation, integration and strategic planning for CPS’s multi‑year capital investment portfolio. This includes greenfield expansions, major brownfield projects, plant renewals and capability upgrades across several regions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the CPS Capital PMO framework to ensure disciplined portfolio governance, stage‑gate compliance, resource optimisation and risk management.
• Develop and maintain integrated portfolio schedules, milestone tracking and executive dashboards.
• Monitor project maturity, readiness, risks, assumptions and resource constraints throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify inter‑dependencies and recommend optimisation opportunities across competing projects.
• Coordinate prioritisation activities, support capital planning cycles and investment review processes.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Site Master Plan standards for existing facilities, supporting long‑term capacity, logistics, sustainability and operational growth.
• Govern the engineering blueprint for facilities and utilities, ensuring consistency and leveraging external design partners.
• Provide governance and oversight for implementation of approved master‑plan initiatives and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Significant experience in capital project management and PMO governance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to integrate project teams, regional engineering organisations and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and decision‑support skills with a track record of delivering large, multi‑year investment programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
