Senior Jira Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise‑wide Jira environment. You will lead migration projects, consolidate instances, and ensure reliable operation across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira Data Center, Jira Align, and related Atlassian tools.
• Plan and execute migrations, including consolidating multiple Jira instances.
• Monitor system health, perform log analysis, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Manage Linux servers, service reloads, replication servers, and database backup processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on Jira administration experience.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale migration initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
