Senior IT Service Delivery Engineer – Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech Orthopedics division is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Engineer to join its team in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will support the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services that enable the development and deployment of innovative orthopaedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT services for the Orthopedics business, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Coordinate incident, problem and change management activities in line with ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define service requirements and drive service enhancements.
• Monitor service metrics, produce reports and recommend corrective actions to meet service level agreements.
• Support the transition of the Orthopedics business to the upcoming DePuy Synthes entity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT service delivery within a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of service management processes and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to operate in a global, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Grecia, Costa Rica.
