Senior International Tax Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior International Tax Consultant to advise clients on tax planning, compliance and strategy, focusing on cross‑border issues and multinational structures.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse financial data to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and withholding taxes for payments abroad.
• Assist clients in managing tax obligations, interpreting double‑tax treaties, and addressing tax audits and electronic invoicing requirements.

Required profile

• Law degree with admission to the Bar; preferably a postgraduate specialization in Tax Law or International Taxation.
• 2‑4 years of experience handling tax queries in professional services firms, law firms or multinational corporate tax departments.
• Advanced written and spoken English for interaction with international clients and teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with legal and tax research databases.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to interpret complex tax legislation.
