Senior Inside Sales Representative

About the role

TD SYNNEX - Shyft Global Services is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative to own daily contact with identified accounts, drive revenue and margin growth, and develop strategic client‑specific solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage accounts, evaluate product mix and profitability, and adjust to meet profitability objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell the full portfolio of TD SYNNEX products and services.
• Develop and present strategic business plans to senior management.
• Provide regional direction in the manager’s absence and guide the team on KPI performance, company directives, and vendor initiatives.
• Handle advanced inbound and outbound sales calls, quote prices, deliver product information, and build strong customer relationships.
• Assist associates and representatives in resolving complex customer issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to secure optimal pricing for resellers and communicate vendor promotions.
• Represent TD SYNNEX professionally with business partners, customers, and at partner events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a technology distribution environment.
• Strong analytical ability to assimilate research data and recommend actions.
• Diplomatic communication skills for handling management‑level correspondence.
• Coaching capability to develop the skills of team members.
• Ability to understand and improve complex cross‑functional business processes.
• Resilience under high workload and tight deadlines.
• Assertiveness, self‑confidence, and effective group facilitation.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
