Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Home Services

About the role

Otte Polo Group seeks a results‑driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager with deep experience in the Home Services sector. You will lead integrated, data‑focused marketing programs that generate qualified leads, drive customer acquisition and deliver measurable revenue growth across multiple service brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive, multi‑channel marketing strategies for all Otte Polo brands, aligning with sales goals and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performing marketing team, agencies and external partners.
• Own paid media, SEO, content, email, automation and local‑search campaigns, optimizing each for ROI and conversion.
• Develop dashboards, reporting structures and KPIs that tie marketing spend directly to pipeline, booked appointments and revenue.
• Identify under‑performing channels, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions quickly.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including performance and growth strategy, with at least 2 years leading teams or agencies.
• Direct experience marketing Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, residential tech support, etc.) to U.S. consumers or comparable markets.
• Proven track record of generating revenue growth through data‑driven campaigns and budget optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into actionable decisions.
