Coordinator, Communications & Network

About the role

Baxter is looking for a Coordinator, Communications & Network to lead and execute internal communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, culture and organizational alignment across multiple manufacturing sites. The role acts as a trusted partner to leaders and stakeholders, making sure key business messages are delivered clearly, consistently and effectively through content, employee programs, executive communications and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen engagement, culture and alignment with business priorities across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Create content such as articles, videos, presentations, newsletters, digital communications and storytelling campaigns.
• Manage and optimize internal communication channels so that business updates and organizational messages are delivered on time and accurately.
• Partner with leaders, Human Resources, Information Technology and site stakeholders to improve communication effectiveness and the employee experience.
• Lead employee recognition, appreciation, inclusion and culture-building initiatives.
• Measure effectiveness using engagement metrics, feedback mechanisms and reporting tools.
• Coordinate strategic events, executive visits, town halls, employee programs and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement or a related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Preferred: experience in manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences or regulated environments; experience developing engagement, recognition, culture or inclusion initiatives; experience using communication metrics to drive improvement.

• Ability to create high-quality written, digital, visual and presentation content.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Preferred: proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar graphic design and content creation tools.
